Yesterday Harper finally admitted Canada is not positioned as well during this “global recession” as he asserted prior to locking out Parliament, when he said the situation scared even him to death.

What a contrast to the smugness we have seen up until the Coalition stood up to him on behalf of all Canadians.

Or, is it simply the Province of Alberta is going to register a financial deficit for the first time in 15 years?

In the spring and summer Harper's “genius”, Flaherty, said Ontario was the worst economy to invest in, adding he would not invest in Ontario's economy.

That is exactly what the PC's have done since coming to power as their financial planning decimated Ontario.

Last month Canada lost 71,000 jobs, most in Ontario. Total number of jobs lost in Ontario since Harper “took control” in Ottawa is close to 300,000, many of them being well paid, well taxed, manufacturing jobs.

On December 12 Flaherty asserts their is little the Fed's can do for the economy.

Now, Peter Mckay outlines plans to revitalize the economy, mentioning the Maritimes, West Coast and Quebec, not a single mention of Ontario. Ditto for the Foreign Affairs minister.

Remember one week after the early election when the Feds agreed Ontario is now a “have not” Province?

Yikes!! If this is leadership we are in for a very rough ride!
